HCTS is looking for a few new mods! :)

Hi everyone! We are looking for some fun gals to join the mod team here at HCTS. To become a mod here, you must meet the following requirements:

HCTS member for 6+ months
Currently selling on Ebay, Amazon, or your own website (alternatively, an expert in a related field ie, product photography, direct selling, blogging for example)
Helpful to all members and no recent infractions
Ability to commit to a posting volume of approx. 300-400 posts per month

If you were to become a mod, what unique qualities will you bring to the team?
Let’s say two members are having a heated discussion. How would you handle the situation to allow the thread to stay open? What if the members continued, and progressed to insulting dialogue. What would you do then?
How would you start new conversations on HCTS?
How do you see HCTS evolving as online selling evolves?
