LE TOP Swimwear Swimsuit One Piece Rose 24m LN HCTS
Your nice gallery picture really caught my eye right off the back. The black background is a nice, clean contrast to the pretty pink swimsuit. I like that you include pictures of both the front and back of the suit, as well as a close up of some of the detailing. Your description is clear with the brand, size and condition of the item listed right off the bat in the first paragraph. I also like how you include a clothing condition chart in your listing so when you refer to an item as “like new” the potential buyer can easily see what condition you are referring to.
The free shipping offered on this listing caught my eye. As a buyer I always am drawn to items with free (or very reasonable cost) shipping. On such a lightweight item like a bathing suit, the free shipping works well to attract buyers and doesn’t end up costing you, the seller, much at all.
I see that you refer several times to you other listings and even offer a link within you auction to direct buyers to your other listings. That’s great and hopefully leads to more multiple purchases. One thing that might encourage buyers to make those multiple purchases is to have a little more concrete combined shipping policy. Instead of saying that the heaviest item is the primary charge and other items will be discounted, maybe offer to ship for the cost of the heaviest item plus $1 for each additional item.
Probably the only thing in you listing that would make me pause, as a buyer, is the requirement that Buy It Now and Fixed Price purchases must be paid for within 24 hours. Although I understand (as a seller) that it’s nice to get items paid for right away, I also know that as a buyer I sometimes like a few days leeway to pay for items. Ebay does give buyers 7 days to pay before you can file non-payment on them, so even though you request payment within 24 hours, you still have to wait the full week before taking action. Perhaps a happy medium of requesting that buyers pay within 3 (or 5) days would encourage more buyers to consider your items.
Overall, a nicely photographed and laid out listing from Little Cutie Pie’s Closet.

NWT Gymboree Cherry Pie Striped Shirt Top Girls 8 HCTS
This gallery picture jumped off the screen and caught my eye. Not only is it a nice clear picture, but it is a crisp clear picture of stripes, which we all know is almost impossible to do. I really commend you for doing such an excellent job of capturing this top. The disappearing background is also very nice and really allows the item to be highlighted without any distractions.
Your description is nice and I like that you included the manufacturer’s recommended height/weight guidelines. I did notice that the link to add you to my list of favorite sellers is broken – I get an error message when I click that. I really appreciate also that you disclose you have pets in the listing. It’s good to know for those who might have allergies, and you addressed it in a light, fun manner.
I think your payment and shipping terms are clearly stated and easy to understand. I am troubled by your return policy, however. Particularly this part:
I do my best to accurately describe each item. I will accept returns only if I have grossly misrepresented the item or there is an error in the auction that has misled the buyer. The return will be given in the form of money back, minus original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
This leads me to believe that I will have to pay out of pocket for shipping both ways, even if the mistake is yours. I would not feel confident purchasing from you if that is the case – I actually think that stating this could hurt you more than if you said nothing specific about returns. I strongly suggest rethinking this policy, or at the very least the way it is worded in your listings.
Overall I think this is a nice listing and a very good example of excellent product photography. Thank you!

NWT GYMBOREE LOTS OF DOTS ORANGE CLOGS TODDLER 8 HCTS
These super cute shoes just jumped out at me when I was looking for a listing of the day! The bright orange color is showcased nicely against the stark white background and the picture really captures how cute they are. I like that you also show the tag but have it tucked neatly behind the shoes so it doesn’t detract from the item. Really great first impression!
In my personal experience Gymboree shoe size varies so much that I think a measurement of the shoes would also be helpful to include. Just something simple like “These shoes measure 6.5 inches from toe to heel.” I often forget to include this in my own listings and I get lots of ASQs wanting measurements (you’d think I’d learn, but I don’t!).
Something that really intrigued me was this in your description, “NEW!!! 5% rebate on THIS PURCHASE when you subscribe to my newsletter!!!” However, I don’t know exactly how that would work. Is there a link that would explain it, or could more info go into the listing? I’d like to know if it’s an instant savings, coupon, refund from you, etc. Other than that, I think it is a GREAT marketing tool! I love to save whatever and whenever I can, and I’d definitely be subscribing before I purchased!
I like your blurb about the 5 star customer service experience. It makes me feel confident that you will address any issues that might come up. In my mind, though, that is in contradiction to this statement regarding shipping, “Any loss or damage incurred as a result of shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Discuss shipping problems directly with the post office.” That gives me the impression that should anything go wrong, I am on my own, which to me is not 5 star customer service. I do understand your point, believe me, but I think that section could be reworded to sound a little softer. Perhaps something like, “Shipping insurance is always offered to protect your purchase. Should you decline to purchase insurance, I unfortunately will be unable to resolve shipping damage claims on your behalf.”
Overall I think this is a very nicely done listing and I wish you the best of luck!

NWT 4T Gymboree PARK CITY LUXE Snowflake Cardigan HCTS
Excellent title on this listing. I like that you capitalized the line name so it sticks out boldly to buyers. My only suggestion would be that, if there was room, you also include 4 in the title. I try to always say 4/4T in case buyers search only one way or another.
Description is clear and the manufacturer recommended height and weight are great to include. Measurements of the garment might be useful also; flat from underarm to underarm, and overall length should be sufficient.
Your picture is clear and I like your tag placement, so buyers can see that it is NWT but the tag doesn’t actually block any of the garment. I think you have a very professional presentation, both with the picture and with the listing overall. Best of luck on this auction!

Gund Teach me Bear Girl Plush Stuffed animal 5784 HCTS
Isn’t this bear adorable? So cute!
I think you did a great job of squeezing a lot of information into your title – you definitely maximized space there, great job! My only suggestion would be to re-arrange the order of the words and alter the capitalization a bit, so the exact name of the bear is more visible. I’d go with: Gund Teach Me Bear 5784 girl stuffed animal plush HCTS.
Your picture is great. The background is clean and really highlights the cute bear, and the photo is bright and clear. The description is a bit brief. Perhaps some additional information like the measurements of the bear would be helpful. A collector may know those things, but if someone like me just stumbled upon it and thought it was cute, I’d like to know how tall the bear stands.
Your payment and shipping details are very clear and I like that you stated how customs and taxes will be handled up front. You also did a great job of spelling out your return policy, so buyers can feel confident that you will work with them should there be any issues.
Great listing from My Two Roses – Thanks!

LITTLE ME PASTEL BOUTIQUE ROMPER 18M 80 EUR 92 HCTS
First I’d like to compliment you on your use of Euro sizing conversion. It’s a very unique approach to attracting a different set of buyers and I applaud your creativity here. That thinking outside the box, and the extra minute it takes you to look up/convert the sizing is probably well worth it in terms of how many more customers your items will now reach when buyers search by size.
My only suggestion in that regard would be to state in the listing that the item is in US size ___, which translates to ___ in Euro sizing. While that wouldn’t matter to me, some buyers are particular about wanting Euro sizes (assuming they are better quality?) and might not like to see the US size on the label.
Your shipping information in the listing is great. It is detailed and clear about combined purchases, insurance, and customs forms for international buyers. Your use of subtitle to highlight free shipping is also very attractive to buyers.
I like the pictures here. They are bright, clean, and very close-up, and you show both sides of the outfit which I really appreciate. I also love that you give exact measurements in addition to the size, and you state that the item will be freshly washed and pressed. Those things, in addition to your generous and clearly stated return policy, would make me feel very confident in purchasing from you.
In fact, if this would fit my daughter I would be buying it! Great listing!
